Shipping

Golfsupp ships physical products within Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, and estimated delivery times are 2–8 business days within Australia and 5–15 business days to New Zealand. Any shipping times shown on the site are estimates only – actual delivery dates may vary. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. If there are any delays, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly using the tracking number provided or reaching out to us for support.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your selected shipping method. We offer flat rate standard shipping for orders under $149 AUD, and free standard shipping for orders over $149 AUD. Express postage is also available at a flat rate. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase, as we do not manually verify addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, you will be responsible for re-delivery costs.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in original condition. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email, is required. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@golfsupp.com.au or visit our Contact Us page. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked delivery service as we are not liable for parcels lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit based on your preference. We do not offer exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos for review. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement promptly.
